The Egg Rolls


I ended up having to make two types of eggrolls. One with my traditional ingredients of marinated pork, shrrimp, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, eggs, etc. and a blander version for AJ & Alex with chicken, carrots, cabbage and scrambled egg.

They were so yummy - I'll try to make some more this weekend (too bad I can't shape them to look like easter eggs).

  1. I like egg rolls too but fried food is not good for us. I ate too much fried food may be those were the cause of my health problems.
